The sign still says Midtown Social until New Year's Eve — same building, same corner, same phone. We become 660 LIVE on 31 December.

Midtown at 660

Reserve

Corporate.

The room your team will actually show up to.

You have been to the other version. Beige, windowless, forty minutes off the Blue Route, and the energy dies somewhere around the second coffee break. People come because they were told to and leave at the first legitimate opportunity. Attendance is the whole return on an offsite, and a bad room costs you it before anyone says a word.

We are on Lancaster Ave in Berwyn. Free parking behind the building, and Berwyn station is directly across the road on SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale line — so people coming from the city do not need a car, and people driving in from King of Prussia or Malvern are minutes away.

Daytime — the working half

Monday through Friday, before we open to the public, the building is yours.

The Lounge for twenty to thirty: leadership offsite, board meeting, small training. The first floor for eighty to a hundred seated: all-hands, product launch, client seminar. The Loft for up to 250, conference-style, with a real stage and installed AV instead of a projector on a cart.

The stage matters more than people expect. Presenting from an actual stage, with real lighting and a proper PA, changes how a talk lands. Your speaker is not competing with a ceiling fan and a hum.

Weekday daytime rates start at $250.

Evening — the part that does the work

Here is what a venue with a kitchen and a stage gets you that a conference room does not. The day turns into the night without moving anybody.

Sessions end at five. The bar opens. Dinner comes out of a real kitchen — ribeye, short rib, crab cake, pappardelle, not a sandwich platter going soft in the corner. Then a band, a DJ, or the karaoke that will tell you more about your team in an hour than the trust exercise did all afternoon.

Holiday parties, client appreciation nights, sales kickoffs, closing dinners, summer outings, board dinners. Same building, same invoice.

Per head. The menu moves it & the bar package moves it. Nothing else.

Send the date, the headcount and the shape of the day. You get a real number inside one business day — and one invoice at the end, not four.

Planners, agencies & EAs

Most of these bookings do not come from the person attending. If you are an event planner, an agency producer or the executive assistant running this for somebody else, deal with us direct — dimensions, capacities, load-in, power, the AV spec, a hold on a date, a real answer on what the kitchen can execute. Walk the building whenever it suits you. We run your timeline, not ours, and outside AV, production & décor vendors are welcome alongside ours. More on how we work with planners.

Practical

Twenty guests books a room — the Lounge for the board dinner that does not need a banquet room, the bigger rooms from there. Under twenty, we hold you a table with no contract. Twenty-five percent holds the date. AV, projection and a microphone come with the room, not as a line item.

The first floor is fully accessible, restrooms included. The Loft is second floor with no elevator — but there is a stair-climbing chair and staff trained to use it, arranged ahead. Tell us at booking and we will have it ready, or hold your event downstairs.

Guest minimums

20 guests for any room, the Lounge included.

Room rental from $250 & twenty-five percent holds the date. Smaller or looser than that — call us and we will hold you tables instead, no contract.
