Receptions & the after-party.

Two ways people use us. The reception itself — Loft, stage, LED floor, up to 250. Or the after-party, Friday & Saturday to 2am, when the ballroom kicks everyone out at eleven and nobody is ready to go home.

The kitchen is still on for the after-party. That matters more than anyone expects at midnight.

The reception

Up to 250 in The Loft, 150 seated for dinner. Cocktails downstairs while we turn the room over, then upstairs for the rest of the night — so your guests move through the evening instead of sitting in one chair for five hours.

The reason couples pick this room is usually the same reason: they want a band.

Not a laptop. A band. And most function rooms make that hard — the stage is a riser somebody rents, the power is wherever the power is, and the sound guy is troubleshooting through your first dance. Our stage is permanent and the sound and lighting were built for live music, so the band loads in, checks, and plays.

The LED floor is the other thing. It changes the room the second the dancing starts, and the photographs from the back half of your night look nothing like the ones from the front.

The after-party

The booking people forget to plan and then wish they had.

Ceremony and dinner happen wherever they happen. Everybody arrives here at ten. The bar is open until two, the kitchen is still going, the pool table and shuffleboard are free, and the people who wanted to keep going get to keep going. It costs a fraction of extending a reception, and it is usually the part of the weekend your friends bring up two years later.

One team, one invoice

Room, food, bar, staff, sound and lighting all come from the same place. One number to call when the headcount moves in the last week.

Twelve-ounce ribeye, jumbo lump crab cake with shrimp mousse, red wine braised short rib, sesame-seared tuna, fresh pappardelle. A kids menu where everything is ten dollars. Dietary needs and cultural menus we build around — tell us early.

Twenty-five percent holds your date.

Bring your planner

If you are working with a wedding planner or a coordinator, bring them — we would rather you did. Your planner deals with us direct, gets straight answers on dimensions, load-in, power & AV, walks the building whenever they want, and we run their timeline, not ours. Outside florists, photographers, décor & rental vendors are welcome the same way. The kitchen & the bar stay ours. More on how we work with planners.

Per head, and two things move it — the menu you build & the bar package you run. Nothing appears on the back end that was not on the front.

Give us the date, the headcount and what you want the night to look like. A real number comes back inside one business day, and twenty-five percent holds it.

The first floor is fully accessible, restrooms included. The Loft is second floor with no elevator — but there is a stair-climbing chair and staff trained to use it, arranged ahead — tell us at booking if that matters to anyone coming and we will either have it ready or plan the night downstairs.
