The end-of-season banquet

You have sat through the bad version. A cafeteria, folding tables, a microphone that cuts out halfway through the coach's speech, and pasta in a foil tray that went cold at six.

The parents came for one thing. To watch their kid get called up and hear their name said properly.

So the microphone and the stage are the part that matters. The Loft has a permanent stage, real lighting and installed sound, which means a coach reading forty names is audible in the back row and a slideshow projects properly instead of washing out. Up to 250 in the room, 150 seated for dinner.

The kids eat off a menu where everything is ten dollars. The parents eat off the same kitchen the adults get on a Saturday night — ribeye, short rib, crab cake, pappardelle. Nobody gets served the same tray.

Booster fundraisers

The math on a fundraiser only works if the room is cheap and the night is good.

Weekday daytime rentals start at $250 and a room starts at twenty guests, the Lounge included — and a committee of four gets a table held, no contract, which is where a lot of booster planning actually happens. Nonprofit rates apply — ask when you inquire. Two bars for a beer-and-wine night, a stage and a microphone for the auction, and the LED floor upstairs when the auction is done and the parents decide to stay.

Bring your own auction items and signage. We will set the room the way you ask and get out of your way.

Team nights, tournaments & travel

Post-game dinners. Tournament weekends where four teams need feeding at nine o'clock at night. Team-parent meetings before a season starts.

Kitchen runs Tuesday through Saturday. A group of nine or more books through the form rather than the app, so we know you are coming and the table is actually ready when you walk in.

Class reunions

Same rooms, same setup. If you are organizing a class reunion this is your page too — cocktails downstairs, dinner and a band upstairs, one invoice for the committee.

Per head, and it moves with the menu & the bar package. For a school or a team night that usually means no bar package at all, which takes the number down accordingly.

Twenty-guest minimum for any room, the Lounge included. Twenty-five percent holds the date. First floor fully accessible, restrooms included. The Loft is second floor with no elevator — but there is a stair-climbing chair and staff trained to use it, arranged ahead — tell us at booking.
