Come off the grounds at Dorset Road, turn east on Lancaster Avenue & you are at our door before the horses are back in the trailers. Free lot behind the building. If the lot is full, Devon and Berwyn are one stop apart on SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale line.
The showgrounds year
The Devon Horse Show & Country Fair takes the last week of May — the oldest & largest outdoor multi-breed competition in the country, and the busiest stretch of our year. But the grounds run well past May, and most people do not know it.

Classes run late. So do we.
That is the whole reason this page exists.
Evening classes go under lights, and by the time you are off the grounds most kitchens on this stretch of Lancaster Avenue have closed. Ours runs Tuesday to Saturday, five to nine, with a bar menu after that.
Twelve-ounce ribeye. Jumbo lump crab cake with shrimp mousse. Wagyu burgers. Red wine braised short rib. A kids menu where everything is ten dollars, for the day the whole family came. The full menu & prices.
Boots & barn clothes are fine. Nobody here is going to look at you sideways.
Barn parties, owner dinners & sponsor entertaining
Five rooms, twenty to five hundred, and a private lot.
- The Lounge, twenty to thirty — the owner dinner, the trainer's table, the small thank-you
- The first floor, eighty to a hundred, or two hundred on a buyout
- The Loft at 660, fifty to two hundred fifty — stage, sound & a dance floor
- The whole building, up to five hundred
Room rental starts at $250 and twenty-five percent holds the date. Private events.
Book Devon week early. The last week of May is the busiest run of our year and the rooms go first.

- How far is 660 LIVE from the Devon Horse Show grounds?
- About four minutes. Exit the grounds at Dorset Road and head east on Lancaster Avenue — we are at 660 E Lancaster Ave in Berwyn, on the same road.
- Is there parking?
- Yes, a free private lot behind the building off Main Avenue, plus street parking and public lots a short walk away. Devon and Berwyn are also one stop apart on the SEPTA Paoli/Thorndale line if you would rather not move the car.
- Can we eat after evening classes?
- The kitchen runs Tuesday to Saturday, five to nine, and a bar menu runs after that. Most kitchens near the grounds close earlier, which is the main reason people end up here.
- Can we book a private room during Devon week?
- Yes — five rooms from twenty to five hundred guests. Devon week is the busiest week of our year, so book it early.
