Every group has one. The person who picks the place, sends the text, and gets nine people out of the house on a Thursday.
Around here we call them Mayors.
Who they are
Local moms. Friends. Regulars. The people who run the group chat, organize the team dinner, know which neighbor has just moved in and which one needs a night out.
Not influencers in the professional sense — though if you have a following, that is welcome too. Mostly it is people with a phone full of contacts and a habit of using it.

There is nothing to qualify for
No application. No interview. No minimum anything.
No spend threshold, no follower count, no post quota, no contract. We are not buying advertising from you and we are not going to ask you to hashtag anything.
Tell us your name, a mobile number, an email, your social handles if you use them, and roughly who you would bring. A person reads it and gets back to you. That is the whole process.
What we actually ask
Nothing you were not already doing.
Come out. Bring people when it suits you. Tell us honestly when something is not working — a Mayor who says "the Thursday start time is too early for anybody with kids" is worth more to this room than a Mayor who posts a photograph.
That is the trade. You make nights happen; we make them worth happening.
Why we bother
People do business with people they know, like and trust — and people go out where their friends are already going.
No advertisement we could buy on the Main Line works as well as one person telling eight others where to meet on Friday. That has always been true and it will keep being true after the sign changes.
Givers gain. It is how the rest of this works too.
And in January, a membership
The 660 Circle is the paid membership. It opens 1 January 2027 — reserved tables, first call on tickets, and the rest of it.
Mayors get the founding year on the house.
Not a discount on it. The year. You will not be asked for a card and there is nothing to claim — if you are a Mayor when the Circle opens, you are in it.
The reasoning is simple enough to say out loud: the Circle only works if the room is already full of the right people, and you are the reason it is. Charging you to join something you helped build would be a strange way to say thank you.
Put your name in before the end of the year and the founding year is yours.
Questions
- Do I need a following?
- No. Most Mayors have a group chat, not an audience. If you do have a following, that is a bonus rather than the point.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. There is nothing to buy and nothing to renew.
- Do I have to post about you?
- No. The social spotlight is opt-in and plenty of Mayors never take it. Bringing people is the job; posting is not.
- Is this the same as the rewards program?
- No, and they stack. Rewards is automatic and everybody gets it. Mayors is a smaller group and it is about the nights you help make happen. Most Mayors are in both.
- Do I have to pay for The 660 Circle?
- Not if you are a Mayor. The Circle opens 1 January 2027 as a paid membership, and Mayors who are in before it opens get the first year on the house.
- What if I go quiet for a few months?
- Nothing happens. There is no minimum and nobody is counting.
- Can a business be a Mayor?
